When having revision rhinoplasty because of nasal tip drooping, they probably won't use septal cartilage or ear cartilage again, right? I know costal cartilage is sturdy, but harvesting autologous costal cartilage feels burdensome, and donated costal cartilage is said to be harvested from cadavers, so it's a bit...ㅠㅠ I know I'm worrying ahead of myself since I haven't gone for consultations yet, but while looking for reviews, I saw some places only use autologous costal cartilage, and each hospital uses different materials, so I feel like I need to decide to some extent. For now, the places I've been looking at are ㅈㅇㅌ and ㄹㅂㄹ. Those places seem to use a variety of materials, but where else is similar?
냐미밍 That's why I decided on autologous costal cartilage. I really don't think donated costal cartilage will work for me ㅠ
guskdl ㄹㅂㄹ ㅇㅇㄹㅁ ㅁㅇㄷㅊㅇ
라디오 It can feel a little uncomfortable, but still, it goes through some chemical processing and donated costal cartilage is used a lot too. Similar to 루ㅂㄹ, take a look at 오ㅇ too
jptod I'm concerned about using autologous costal cartilage at ㄹㅂㄹ and managing the scar, but.. still, considering the nose shape and that I probably don't have to worry about side effects, I feel at ease
밤떡 Both are places that use costal cartilage a lot. ㅃㄹ and ㅇㄴㅂ also seem to use costal cartilage a lot?? Autologous costal cartilage/donated costal cartilage each have clear pros and cons, so think about it a lot
다즐링2 I don't know why you're getting revision rhinoplasty, but still, if possible, wouldn't it be okay to do the surgery safely with autologous costal cartilage? Donated costal cartilage is really too much...ㅠ I'm also planning to get rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage and am debating between 21 and ㅊㄷㅊ... A lot of people say autologous costal cartilage is still somewhat safer

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I was quoted 23 million won... is this right...
I got quoted 23 million won at OO for all autologous costal cartilage.. They say it would be 18 million if I write a review ㅠㅠ Is this right? Since I have a history of 3 surgeries if I include the AS revision, I expected it to be in the ten

It seems like ㅊㅁ does removals regardless of the timing. Has anyone here had a removal or surgery there??
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I’m deciding between Asan and RU! Has anyone had surgery at Asan?ˀ̣
My nose had inflammation, so everything has been removed, and I think there’s still a little inflammation left. Considering that, I feel like Asan might be the right choice, but I’m so torn because I don’t know if the shape will turn out pr
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Can contracture also occur with implant-free autologous costal cartilage?
Just as the title says…..
