Worried about materials for revision rhinoplasty

When having revision rhinoplasty because of nasal tip drooping, they probably won't use septal cartilage or ear cartilage again, right? I know costal cartilage is sturdy, but harvesting autologous costal cartilage feels burdensome, and donated costal cartilage is said to be harvested from cadavers, so it's a bit...ㅠㅠ I know I'm worrying ahead of myself since I haven't gone for consultations yet, but while looking for reviews, I saw some places only use autologous costal cartilage, and each hospital uses different materials, so I feel like I need to decide to some extent. For now, the places I've been looking at are ㅈㅇㅌ and ㄹㅂㄹ. Those places seem to use a variety of materials, but where else is similar?
