It's a revision surgery, and because inflammation has been recurring, my anxiety is getting worse and I want to remove the silicone. But my nasal bridge isn't very high, so if I have surgery without an implant, will satisfaction drop a lot? Looking at OM and Louvre, the overall feeling is glamorous, but is that impossible without an implant? How is dermis instead of silicone? I saw that dermis is divided into autologous dermis and artificial dermis. Does that mean there are no worries about inflammation or side effects?

jptod Hmm.. if your nasal bridge is low, they’ll probably advise against surgery without an implant.. The director at ㄹㅂㄹ tells you honestly what can and can’t be done, so I think it would be best to get a consultation first. They say dermis has an absorption rate, but it depends on the condition of your nose, so going in person is best
콩콩팥팥 If you had inflammation, I do think they don't use silicone for revision surgery. But they said the downside of dermis is that it gets absorbed. Whatever it is, choosing the material that fits your nose condition is important, so I think you should get consultations and compare. Are you going for consultations at Oㅇ and Louㅂㄹ?
