I’m planning to have revision rhinoplasty without an implant. Why is the nose so hard…

Having revision surgery means there’s an implant in my nose right now.... haha The tip of my nose was lifted, like I suspected it might be contracture, so I went to clinics, and surgeons who do a lot of removals recommended removing the implant. And even if I remove it, my nose shape can’t go back to my old nose, so in my current state they recommended using my septum and one side of ear cartilage as well to naturally readjust the nose shape through revision surgery. I thought about it for a while, and since surgeons who do a lot of removal and reconstruction? all recommended the same thing, I decided to have surgery with the surgeon whose style suits me better (natural). When I look through reviews, there are people who say it went well in one go, and when I read comments, there are people who say they’ve been living for years without any problems, but me, seriously lol Who gets their first surgery thinking they’ll need revision surgery? haha What am I thinking right now? I don’t know, I just really hope it turns out naturally and well..... And after the revision surgery, I hope there are no problems at all with my nose..... When I was going to consultations this time, a surgeon who only does noses said something like this. He said, “This is not a nose that should have been raised this much, so I don’t know why they made the nose shape like this,” and that really brought me back to reality.... lol Yeah~ I realized that with anything, the surgeon and I need to have the same style we’re aiming for, you know? lol So this time, I’m planning to go with a surgeon who has a natural style and gives consultations kind of honestly? but I can’t help feeling unsettled. The surgeon also said not to try to change the nose shape too dramatically, and that we should focus on creating the most natural nose shape that suits me. Thinking about it again, natural might be the best....
