<Before surgery><Before/after surgery><How does it look> I think I did have a bit of a nasal bridge, but overall it was uneven, and because the nasal tip looked especially blunt and bulbous, I really, really wanted surgery. I also hated how my nose made my face look wider and stuffier-looking.. lol After going around for consultations, the place I ended up leaning toward was inevitably one with a lot of cases.. How many noses like mine they had handled, whether they had operated on them a lot, and you can’t just look at whether the results are good. You have to judge how much the image changed.. whether the nose looks too excessive, whether the design looks so out of place that it could harm the original image, things like that. So consultation time at the clinic is really important~~.. There’s a limit to asking within a community since everyone here isn’t a specialist.. + everyone’s facial contour is different, nose condition is different, skin is different.. Just use it for reference and to get helpful tips, and for matters about my “nose,” consulting a specialist is best.. It is a bit embarrassing to show my face, but I wanted to overcome my complex and try changing my image through cosmetic surgery (in a good way), so I’m posting it here instead of on a cafe in case it helps everyone who is thinking about it. If I posted it somewhere else, people might suspect it’s an ad. lol I even had nasal bridge osteotomy, and I wanted to avoid my nose becoming too slim and sharp, and the director adjusted it for me. You should know that the degree can be controlled even during osteotomy. Don’t just think, “Oh, they’re shaving it down~” because they say they’re shaving it. I hope you compare how much they plan to shave.. I had surgery in January, and it has been a little over a month. Current front and side views. I’m liking it~~ As for whether the dorsal hump is okay too, I think I’ll only know after the swelling goes down a bit more.. Still, I’m relieved that the bulbous nose correction turned out well. Oh, one more thing I want to say.. Just because your concern is a bulbous nose doesn’t mean you have to make it dramatic. It doesn’t mean you must use costal cartilage lol I wrote this review because I wanted to clear up misunderstandings about cosmetic surgery. You must be having a hard time researching, but everyone, hang in there.. I hope each of you finds a good clinic that suits you.
