I saw an event for nostril base reduction in a community event, applied, and visited. It was good because they didn’t only look at nostril base reduction, but looked at my nose overall and explained everything. They said that while doing bulbous nose surgery, I would need nostril base reduction together for the bulbous-looking aspect to improve, and they explained in detail that people with bulbous nose cases can look bulbous for various reasons, so the appropriate surgery has to be done according to the cause. That made me think they would handle a bulbous nose well here!
