I applied after seeing a nostril reduction event in a community event listing, and when I visited, I was glad they did not only look at nostril reduction but also explained the nose as a whole. They said that with bulbous nose surgery, combining it with nostril reduction would likely improve the bulbous look, and they explained in detail that people with bulbous nose cases have many different causes, so the surgery has to match the cause. It made me feel like they could handle a bulbous nose well if I had it done here!
