I had surgery with silicone 10 years ago. It does show a bit, but as for the nasal bridge, I don’t know if it’s just me, but neither I nor the people around me had any side effects. But I was too greedy and made it too high, so I think it’s better not to be too greedy... I think it does look a bit obvious. So far, there have been no side effects.

Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
