I had it done about 7 years ago by a university professor who had opened a private clinic, I think around Sinsa now.
I went in to treat a deviated septum, and because they said they happened to have an open date, I ended up setting a date and getting it done without suddenly going around to compare clinics.
I thought I had to do it only at an ENT clinic because I could get indemnity insurance coverage, so I had it done by this doctor. But from the pre-op consultation to the post-op consultation, I do not recommend him. He did not even use ear cartilage and suddenly suggested using costal cartilage, so I said I did not want a scar on my chest, and we decided to use donated costal cartilage. I also saw him scolding the residents and interns under him, saying he could not persuade them. After surgery, when I said my nostrils were uneven, he said the only ones who would ever see the underside of my nostrils were my pet dog and my lover ㅡㅡ After that, I never even went back for checkups. It was so unpleasant ㅡㅡ It was not just the typical arrogance of a professor, he made me feel uncomfortable too, so I never wanted to go back there again.
The shape is not ugly, but other people ask me. They say it looks somehow unnatural, but not like a nose that has had cosmetic surgery... they ask if I had surgery... It did not turn out like the pretty noses you usually get from plastic surgery clinics, but it was bearable so I have been living with it. Now the nasal tip keeps drooping. I guess that cannot be helped as time passes ㅠㅠ
