Honestly, I want to do it here, but my parents are a bit hesitant because the director is an otolaryngology specialist, so I still haven’t decided yet. For now, the director here seemed to aim for as natural a result as possible, and almost all the review photos also looked natural. My nose is really low, and they recommended 3-3.5. That was about it, and honestly I’m going to keep going to consultations, and if everywhere else is too bad, I’ll go here. They said they would use septal cartilage + ear cartilage too if there isn’t enough.
