A few years ago, while having surgery for a deviated septum at an ENT clinic,
after hump osteotomy, I had septal extension and ear cartilage placed in the nasal tip.
Aside from the ear cartilage showing slightly through the skin, I had no side effects
at all, but the distinctive hardness and fixed feeling of septal extension
bothered me so much that I had everything removed.
For my nasal bridge, I originally had a natural bridge,
and since nothing was inserted there, there isn’t much change,
but the nasal tip definitely droops more than I expected.
Still, I don’t regret removing it, and I’m going to live satisfied with it.
I’m glad it didn’t become a saddle nose or upturned nose.
I just hope the swelling goes down quickly and the nasal tip becomes a little slimmer.
