Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

I had it removed today, hi..

Today, I had only the silicone removed and had the nasal tip repositioned in a revision-surgery style. Total Avatar lolololol The swelling is really severe right now, but they say once the swelling goes down, the nasal tip angle will come down too Since I had removal after already having a second revision surgery, my nose has been opened a total of 3 times.

Nose (I thought it was 4 mm, but it was 3 mm.. honestly same difference) Nasal tip ear cartilage (including columella/support strut) Only the silicone was removed Ear cartilage in the nasal tip was lowered and revised

Reason for removal: First surgery (December 2012) At that time, it was crooked from the nasal bridge to the nasal tip. It was severely crooked, so when I lay on one side, the opposite nostril could not breathe. So I decided on revision surgery

Second surgery (January 2016) Was it the doctor’s excessive ambition at the time, or mine.. My nose had been very small and low, and they revised it with 3 mm (okay) and the nasal tip (okay). It was okay... but from early on, whether it was a foreign-body sensation or what, symptoms like tightness, pulling, numbness, heaviness, pressure, etc. continued, and I kept thinking I should wait a little longer, but after 2 years passed, these symptoms showed up again recently, so I removed it. Kick

I had it removed today, and it would be a lie to say there is no slight throbbing. There is, and there is swelling too, but even in the middle of this, it feels comfortable, seriously. It feels light. It’s strange. The swelling is massive, but it feels light..

Conclusion: For people who have the symptoms I wrote above, inflammatory reactions, foreign-body reactions, or other bothersome symptoms, or who get stressed whenever something appears near the nose and feel anxious about whether it might be inflammation or contracture (I totally relate to this, seriously), I recommend just removing it.. I’m not pushing you, but if you ever end up doing it, I’m sure you’ll feel so comfortable, and because that time-bomb-like stress disappears, your mind will feel lighter, more at ease, and refreshed.

**Please take note..** 1. I uploaded the photos not so much for comments on my face... but because I hope people with noses shaped similarly to mine (before or after), who feel lost about whether to only remove it, reconstruct it, do both, or do revision surgery, can use them as a reference! If you ever want to discuss anything, send me a message

2. To those who said, “When only ear cartilage is in the nasal tip, inflammation/contracture cannot be completely ruled out~”... If we get into this topic, I feel like it would go all the way into genetics, so please go learn just a little more one more time.

3. Contracture period? It seems like nobody really knows about this, and in the end, more people say it comes back down again. First of all, if you’ve had it removed, I think the answer is to ignore it and live your life. Let’s not pay attention to it, everyone
