I also had cheekbones + a slightly square jaw + a protruding mouth. Honestly, I didn’t have the courage to get plastic surgery, so I only underwent orthodontic correction. But because my cheekbones were so prominent, they said if I had extractions, my cheeks would sink in too much and make me look older and tired, so I did it without extractions, but the effect is minimal. So I’m planning facial contouring surgery now, and this was helpful for reference. Thank you and congratulations~
