I had a 1 PM appointment and arrived a little early around 12:40, but... I waited on the first floor, then moved to the consultation room on the 4th floor at exactly 1 PM. But the consultation director assigned to me was awful... The consultation customer who went up with me got seen and left, but I was the only one still waiting... Around 1:20 PM, the director I was supposed to consult with came out in surgery clothes, so I called the director over and asked why I still had not been seen. They said it was a simple procedure and the doctor would be back soon, so just wait a little longer... So I waited, but around 2 PM the doctor came back, and other directors kept going in and out of the doctor’s room sending customers in.... The director assigned to me never showed their face... People kept coming and leaving, and the waiting room was empty, so I got annoyed and asked again. Only then did they tell me to go in.
In the end, I had to look at an empty waiting room twice and waited an hour and a half for the consultation, which was exhausting. I was already in a bad mood, so I could barely hear anything... The doctor was not very kind either, and the consultation director was arrogant too...
