I started orthodontic treatment in elementary school, finished it in middle school, then did it again for a year in high school, so I had braces for a long time. I had two teeth extracted from the upper jaw and did it, and it was very uncomfortable and painful while I was doing it, but I’m satisfied now! But if you don’t wear the retainer properly, I feel like things can shift out of place
