After my first surgery, I really didn’t like it, but this time I succeeded with revision rhinoplasty using autologous costal cartilage and I’m living happily now haha. Even though I had my first surgery, my bulbous nose wasn’t corrected, and my nose even looked crooked like the silicone had shifted.. I absolutely had to get revision surgery, and since I was doing it anyway, I wanted it to be a bit higher and slimmer than before?? But looking at the photos now, doesn’t it seem like it turned out exactly that way?? I had also gotten lateral and lower canthoplasty, but my eyes still looked really stuffy. Mighty is famous for both eyes and noses, so I had consultations for both and got revision surgery, and it looks much more open and prettier now, right?? I’m seriously so happy these days
