<Before surgery><Before surgery><After surgery><After surgery><After surgery still a huge nose ><After surgery>It was a severe hump nose, and even from the side, the bumpy shape showed. It was truly a long-standing complex for me. If I were to fix it, I didn’t know where to start, and I wasn’t sure whether filler or Hiko would be enough to shape it,,, Still, I thought it would be better than surgery, so I tried filler, but I didn’t see improvement. Considering they said it would be shaped to some extent~ it didn’t come out well either… So this time I decided to have surgery and looked around. They said custom implants are good for severe hump nose cases, so from the start, I looked for hospitals that check with a nasal CT scan and got estimates. I was recommended both autologous costal cartilage and donated rib cartilage, but in the end I thought using the safer material would make me feel more comfortable, so I decided to do that. Now I had autologous costal cartilage, and the pain has gotten much better, but the swelling really, really won’t go down for me… I’m jealous of people who don’t swell much… Still, what I’m satisfied with after surgery is my side-line nasal bridge!!! I like that the hump is properly corrected, and I think I still need to wait a bit for the nasal tip and nose!! The swelling is so bad I’m jealous of everyone here who said it didn’t hurt and they had no swelling!!!!!!
