For years, I kept thinking I wanted to shave only the hump. But when I looked at most reviews, there weren’t really cases where people shaved only the hump; everyone also raised the nasal tip or automatically added silicone Since there weren’t many reviews for this surgery either, I thought a lot about whether I should do it.. But the director had experience shaving only the hump through a closed approach (incision inside the nose), and showed me those photos. The person was a foreign patient, and it turned out so well that I ended up doing it too! It’s been 4 days now... On day 2, they removed the splint and only applied taping. When I saw my face after the splint came off, maybe because of swelling, it felt like my nasal bridge had disappeared and I looked like some kind of human-faced fish(?), so I was quite shocked haha.. But when I touched my nasal bridge, the hump had definitely been shaved down, and from the side, my bridge became straight just like I wanted, so I really want to see it quickly after the swelling goes down. Honestly, after the swelling goes down, I don’t know yet whether I’ll feel like my old nasal bridge looked higher and want to go back.... But I already went through with the surgery, so I’m going to manage my mindset well and take care of the swelling. There must be people like me who are only concerned about a hump nose, so I’ll definitely leave a photo review later!
