I logged in for the first time in a while and was looking around, and thought it would be good to share a long-term follow-up review of my nose surgery, so I'm writing this :) -In 2021, I had nasal tip cartilage tying surgery at ㄹㅎ (I was also interested in nostril reduction, but the director thought it wouldn't be necessary) -Used ear cartilage, no implants such as silicone -Desired look: natural beauty that harmonizes with my existing face -Before-surgery nose: the nasal bridge itself wasn't extremely low, but when I smiled, the nasal ala spread a lot; nasal tip skin was on the thicker side -Pain: Since it was my first time under sedation anesthesia, I was nervous, but across the whole process, the evening before removing the cotton from my nose was the most painful, and aside from that there was no pain or discomfort -Current state: I really had very little swelling after surgery, but even so, over the years the swelling seems to have gradually gone down and settled | From the side, I'm definitely satisfied with the line (my preference is for a natural look), and from the front, I feel there isn't a very big difference from before surgery, so I'm satisfied (my nose already had a very unclear boundary between the nasal tip and nasal ala,,)
