I was really concerned about my bulbous nose, so I had a consultation at ㅌㅋㄹㅅ in Gangnam!! I consulted with Director ㅇㄷㅎ, and he recommended using donated costal cartilage + alar reduction. When you go, during the consultation he directly holds the nose with a cotton swab while explaining!! He seemed kind, and in my case, he said that because my skin is thick, the shape I want probably won’t come out, so I’m still thinking about it..
