I cried a lot after consulting with the director. Afterward, I cried a lot again because of something the consultant said. I think consultation skills and warmth are separate from surgical results, so I didn’t consider them important. They told me that the tip of my nose could become lifted or could droop. They said they could perform complete removal if I wanted. At the time, it was my first consultation for complete removal, and I was still deliberating whether to build a support structure, so I don’t think the consultation proceeded smoothly. That may be why the consultation with the director felt even colder. I would like to go for one more consultation.
