It has already been one month since I had eyelid fat grafting. Immediately after surgery, the sunken upper eyelids filled in much more than I expected, so I was very satisfied. As time passed, the swelling went down and some of the fat seems to have been absorbed. The volume has decreased slightly compared with the beginning, but it is still maintained naturally, and I have had no particular side effects or discomfort. What I liked most is that it looks natural without feeling overfilled. Before surgery, my upper eyelids were so sunken that I looked tired and older, which bothered me, but now my impression definitely seems softer and I am very satisfied. After observing it for a month, I realized that with fat grafting, you should watch the settling process for a while rather than judging the result only by how it looks immediately after surgery. The hospital also checked my progress carefully and kindly explained anything I was curious about, which was reassuring. From the initial consultation through surgery and aftercare, they consistently seemed very attentive, so I trust them even more. They scheduled my second procedure in advance, so I plan to proceed. At first, fat grafting itself felt unfamiliar and I had many worries, but now that a month has passed, I feel it was a good decision. My deliberation about whether to do it was unnecessary worry. I will continue watching the remaining progress and hope for a good result through the second procedure as well. I recommend Mate, a hospital specializing in eyelid fat grafting.
