The bulges on the front and back of my upper arms stressed me out whenever I wore sleeveless clothes, so I finally got fat-extraction injections, lol. I had them done by Director Ha Jun-hyung at the Cheonho branch. He explained everything carefully and said he would make it painless, so I felt comfortable trusting him. It really was pain I could tolerate?! The staff were kind too, so I was less nervous than expected, haha. It has already been two weeks, and the initial bruising and swelling have gone down a lot. I can also see my arm line gradually changing. I think I need to wait a little longer for the back bulge, but compared with immediately after the procedure, it has definitely improved a lot. Since I’ve already done it, I’m trying to eat lighter and walk as much as possible, lol. It has only been two weeks, so I’m curious how much more it will change after about a month. If anyone has had fat-extraction injections for the arms, could you share when your arm line became noticeably defined?!!!
