Almost three months after upper-arm fat-extraction injections: progress review of arm circumference

It has already been over two and a half months since I received fat-extraction injections in my upper arms, and next week will mark three months. Time flies! I have gained a lot of information here too, so I am writing my own review. At first, I was secretly worried whether the lines would turn out nicely because of bruising, residual swelling, and hard lumps. But around two and a half months, those hard lumps softened and the residual swelling completely settled. Especially when standing at attention, the back of my arms used to bulge out, which was very stressful. Maybe I should say they looked bulky. My upper body looked heavy and puffy. Now that the outer fat has been reduced, the line falls smoothly, so I am satisfied. The best part is the difference in how clothes fit. Shirts and knitwear that used to feel tight around my upper arms now slip on comfortably, and even fitted tops make my arms look slender and delicate, which has boosted my confidence. I go to the hospital every week for aftercare without missing a week. Keeping up with stretching and drinking water often while taking care of myself definitely seems to help the lines settle smoothly. If you are deliberating because of upper-arm fat, I think it would be good to focus on aftercare. Now even when I wear a thick knit like this, I do not look bulky. Good.
