Since I was getting revision surgery this time, I wanted a more defined look, so I talked about that as part of my preferences while going around. This place also has a patent for the philtrum-nose area, and as I listened to the director’s explanation, they seemed very confident about the surgery, so I think I strongly felt that I wanted to have surgery here. Honestly, before the surgery, I had gotten used to how I looked, so I didn’t realize my nasal tip had been that raised or that upturned, but after getting the revision, I realized the contracture had been really severe.
