Hello, I’m on day 21 after rhinoplasty ^^ They stacked 3 layers of cartilage on my nasal tip. Normally, as time passes and the swelling goes down, shouldn’t the swelling at the nasal tip go down too?? No matter how I look at it, my nasal tip is actually getting plumper over time, and because of that it looks longer than it did on the day the splint was removed. Why is that?? The swelling in other areas is definitely going down as time passes, but only the nasal tip is like this
