My original nose wasn’t exactly a pretty nose, but it harmonized well with my face, so even without any surgery, my face looked pretty because of that balance. But the problem was that I didn’t realize that and thought I’d look even prettier if I just touched up my nose a little. At the clinic, when I said I came in for a nasal tip consultation, they said it wouldn’t be noticeable and that it wouldn’t change much, more like a correction, so I did it. I thought they were only going to tie the cartilage. The result was a pinched, upturned nose, and with septal extension and a columellar strut, it became a hard, stone-like nose... Wherever I went, people said my image had changed, and I didn’t want people to know I had surgery, but it feels like everyone openly knows. That it was botched.. I wanted to die and didn’t want to live, so I had it removed, but Even after removal, my nose is still pinched and upturned... I don’t want to live anymore, truly.. When I look at old photos, I regret it so much. Why did I change that face.. I had a certain atmosphere and a likable look.. Because of my changed face, I have to hide all my old photos, and I hate that too. It feels like my whole life has been exposed... I feel like people around me will criticize me for having surgery, and I’ve even developed paranoia... It’s still strange even after removal, and I want to die. Please, unless you have a major complaint about your nose, please don’t do it. Please.... Really, please don’t do it... I think the nose is a surgery with truly low satisfaction, both in shape and function...
