I think they said the silicone was thin, and the ear cartilage and septal cartilage were used as support struts. When I saw what was taken out, it wasn’t much. They removed the capsule, but didn’t remove the part between the eyebrows, and they said they shaved down the hump on the bridge of my nose. The doctor said my nose was closer to a long, drooping nose, and if considering the shape, it looked like I would need cartilage suturing. But at my final consultation, I said I was seriously worried about whether I shouldn’t do cartilage suturing because I was afraid it might turn up. The doctor said that, considering the shape, suturing would probably be better, and I emphasized that I wanted the nasal tip shaped well and absolutely not to be upturned before going into surgery. I just decided to leave it to the doctor. I do slightly regret that maybe I should have let them do whatever they wanted^^; lol It seems like it might have been okay even if it turned up a bitㅠㅠ haha From the columella to the tip, the end looks blunt and droopy. Will this swelling go down too? Because of the lower part of the nose and the nasal tip, it looks even more droopy (in the photo above, the drooping is less noticeable.) I’ve seen a lot of posts saying drooping noses become even droopier after removal... I like that my nostril wings became narrower, but my nasal bridge is on the wider side, so I’m a little worried it might look strange once the swelling goes down. Right after I came out, it seemed okay, but I was so out of it... It swelled up quickly and bruised completely black, but today the black bruising has really faded a lot. I had it done at a clinic, and I think the doctor is skilled and seems like a good person. I went the next day to have blood drained, but they said there was no pooled blood and told me not to have it drained. They said the removal(?) seemed to have gone well, but I think I’ll only know once the swelling goes down. I hope the swelling on the bridge and the nasal tip goes down soon. For those whose noses were originally a bit droopy, did yours droop moreㅜ? I don’t want it to droop more than my natural nose.. Anyway, I’ll come back and leave another review after a lot more of the swelling goes down!
