I had 3 mm of silicone inserted, but it came through the nasal tip, so I had it removed. Something like a pimple appeared on the nasal tip and wouldn’t go away. At first I took acne medication and did that, but it still didn’t get better, so the dermatologist told me to go to a plastic surgery clinic. When I went, they asked why I had only come now, sob... After removing it, it feels empty.
