I Got Everything Removed

I had surgery 4 years ago with Gore-Tex, ear cartilage, and a columellar strut. It wasn’t my first surgery; I had inflammation, got it removed, and then had surgery again 6 months later. (I had the revision surgery at the same place where I had my first surgery.) Afterward, the shape was a bit... not to my liking, but I had gone through so much emotional stress that I felt if I had another revision surgery, it might get even stranger, so I just lived with it. But maybe it was a side effect: in May 2018, I suddenly started feeling tightness and pressure along the nasal bridge, and a feeling like the nasal tip was being pulled upward? I went around to consultations at various plastic surgery clinics, and since I didn’t want any more revision surgery, I decided to have it removed. (The doctor who originally did my surgery looked at it and sent me away, saying there was no problem and it was just a sensation.) I spent 6 months just worrying about the removal surgery... and finally got it removed today. I feel relieved, but I’m anxious about how it turned out. I’ll check the progress and post again. Everyone, stay strong.
