I had rhinoplasty 4 years ago. They used Gore-Tex for the nasal bridge and septal cartilage for the nasal tip, but it really barely showed, and the nasal tip didn’t even go up;; So I had revision surgery again. I replaced the bridge with silicone and did the nasal tip with mesh. They said the inside of my septum was completely deviated, which was why my rhinitis had gotten worse, and that the bridge had been raised starting from the glabella area, making my side profile look like Avatar. Sigh, seriously, please research hospitals carefully before doing it. I don’t want to have revision surgery twice
