My nose was originally extremely short, with barely any nasal bridge and nostrils that were fully visible—so much so that even my parents said it was a difficult nose to operate on and told me not to touch it. Still, I really wanted to have my nose done, so I had surgery at Miho. They completely improved the short, bulbous appearance and created the naturally elegant nose line I wanted, so it was a huge success.. The doctor truly seems to be a master of noses haha. It has been quite a while since surgery, but it is still amazing to see how much my nose has changed.. The scar beneath my nose and the scar at the autologous costal cartilage harvest site have also faded considerably. These days, my nose line feels even more refined, so I am leaving a before-and-after review!
