Before I knew about this community, I narrowed down revision surgery clinics from another cafe to places said to be as experienced and famous as possible. And since I'm an international student and have to go overseas on August 1, I wanted the consultation and surgery to happen as quickly as possible. I don't have any side effects, but my columella is too low, so I'm thinking of getting another revision surgery to shape it nicely. I prefer a straight-to-semi-curved nose shape, and I brought Karina's photos with me for the consultations, so please keep that in mind!
First: ㅋㅇ The director here seemed to have a lot of experience. And among the places I consulted with that day, this director explained things the longest and in the most detail. But rather than making the exact nose shape I wanted, the director recommended using that nose shape as a reference while making a natural nose that suits me. They explained the surgical method, materials, etc. the best, and first of all, I trusted them because they had long experience. But maybe because I had consultations at other clinics too, other places felt like they were trying to match the nose I wanted, while this clinic's director didn't completely feel that way, so I'm wondering now whether the nose shape I want will come outㅜㅜ It's on my list of places I'm consideringㅜㅜ
Materials: silicone for the nasal bridge, ear cartilage for the nasal tip, donated costal cartilage were recommended.
Second: ㅁㅂ This place was also mentioned a lot on another cafe, but there was someone with the same ID recommending this clinic on every revision surgery post, so I went thinking this clinic must be an advertising clinic. The director said they would match the nose shape I wanted as much as possible. But they said that instead of donated costal cartilage or autologous costal cartilage, they would support and shape the nasal tip using only ear cartilage. They said they would need to use almost all the cartilage from one ear. So I was a bit taken aback.

Third: ㅌㅍㅇㅅ I went here for a consultation because many noses in the reviews were my style. The consultant gave a good consultation, and the director also consulted well, but it didn't exactly feel super thorough. Should I say it was just a clinic that didn't leave a strong impression, but also didn't leave no impression...?

Fourth: ㅌㅌㅇ I went here because it's a single-doctor clinic. They said they only do about 3 surgeries a day. It kept being mentioned for revision surgery too. And compared with other places, it had quite a lot of reviews. When I went, I had a CT scan for the first time, and the consultant explained things well. Then I had a consultation with the director, and they told me various things, like that I have a bulbous nose and that my nose is long (other places said it was short). They explained the surgery well with drawings too (they draw well lol), and said they would make the nose I wanted. But here, they charged everything separately: revision surgery fee, cost for using the nasolabial angle, bulbous nose fee, donated costal cartilage fee, like that. And after the director consultation, when I asked the consultant whether I could have surgery immediately tomorrow, they said tomorrow was possible right away.. Other places take at least 1-2 weeks, so the fact that this place could do it immediately made me feel a little uneasy?ㅠㅠ The director consultation was all good, but this part keeps bothering me.....
For now, I'm looking at ㅋㅇ ㅌㅌㅇ
