I had revision surgery because I was unhappy with the shape after my first nose surgery. The nose did get higher, but the front-view tip and the overall feel were somehow bulky.. My ideal look is a sharp, refined image.. so I wanted a nose like Minji from NewJeans. I even thought, is this what people mean when they talk about the director's aesthetic sense.. Anyway, that is why I had revision surgery this time. They used donated rib cartilage for the tip, extended the columella, removed fat, and also did functional nose surgery.. I decided on Director Yoon because I felt they understood my dissatisfaction with the shape of the tip really well, And it has now been one month since surgery. The major swelling has gone down, and seeing the nose contour come out, it seems like the shape I wanted has appeared, so I wanted to share a review. Wishing everyone successful surgeries 😘
