I’m currently using autologous costal cartilage, ear cartilage, and silicone. I’m not sure whether my own rib cartilage was used for a columellar strut or a septal extension, but it feels extremely rigid, and because it’s so rigid I can feel even slight damage. So while removing the silicone, I want to replace what was done with autologous costal cartilage with my own ear cartilage. Has anyone had a similar surgery?
