Review of contouring surgery and autologous rib-cartilage nose surgery at BT Plastic Surgery

It feels like quite a lot of time has passed since I had contouring surgery and nose surgery together. I had contouring with 3 procedures and a nose surgery without implants, and right after surgery I was full of worry haha But somehow, that much time has passed already~! The very bottom photo is the most recent one My original facial outline was not smooth and it had a pretty strong round, uneven look My bridge was on the higher side, but the tip did not look pretty Even though it is my own face, I kept noticing parts that felt lacking and disappointing here and there My nose was not low, but it still was not pretty, and my face looked broad because of the lines, which was so stressful, so I had both done at once After the 3 contouring procedures, the overall line became smoothly refined and my face shape looked much slimmer, so the change in how narrow my face looked was the biggest thing I could feel And with the nose, I was also doing contouring while thinking about using silicone to raise the bridge more, and that part felt the most burdensome I also wondered whether it was really necessary to go that far, and the director said a nose surgery without implants would probably be enough, so I had surgery in a direction where the tip stands out sharply and the overall nose line is shaped naturally~! What I felt most strongly after the nose surgery was the side profile. Honestly, I think the line refinement and the nose surgery together completed my current look As the facial area got smaller and the nose became the center point with just the right amount of dimension, I think the overall lines became softer and my impression clearer, and even now these are still the surgeries I like the most!! Doing contouring and the nose together was the best choice.. Ah, for the nose material, I thought costal cartilage would be needed, and I did not want silicone, and using someone else’s tissue also felt burdensome, so I used autologous rib cartilage 😊 For the nose material, during the consultation with Director Lee Seung-ho, CT and nasal endoscopy were both checked, and then I was told which materials could be used, so I think you can decide after discussing the options at that time!! If anyone is hoping for a nose surgery without implants using costal cartilage, I think it would be good to visit there
