A few years ago I had nose surgery, but it was a disaster. There was no difference at all before and after, and even though I had silicone put in, the bridge was bumpy and the tip was blunt. The whole shape just looked strange, like a pinched nose.
I paid for surgery, but people around me did not even realize I had had my nose done, so I was really stressed. I looked into revision surgery, and I decided to go ahead after hearing that DL Plastic Surgery would adjust the revision rhinoplasty to suit my image and handle only the parts that really needed work.
They removed the existing silicone, reshaped the nose with silicone, and used ear cartilage and donated rib cartilage!! The doctor also said that for a case like mine, nostril reduction was necessary.
That is one cause of a nose that looks bulbous, even if it is not actually bulbous. They did not tell me anything like that during my first surgery.
Anyway, after the splint came off at week 1, I already liked it. Now that it is week 2, the swelling has gone down more and makeup applies better, so the shape is changing in a way I like even more T_T T_T T_T
If I had met Dr. Jeong Jin-uk at my first surgery, I would not have needed revision surgery haha
I am so happy that the revision surgery was a success T_T T_T T_T
