Septal perforation after deviated septum surgery

I thought deviated septum surgery would be simple, but after the operation I ended up with a perforation... It was still a relatively small perforation, about 4 mm, but the perforation surgery failed too, so it has grown to the point that you can see it as more than 2 cm even just by looking.

Because so much cartilage has been lost, I am in a state where I cannot focus on anything, terrified day by day that my nose will collapse. Everyone, it really seems like the septum should never be touched carelessly...

Even if you have other nose surgery, I wish I had used ear cartilage or costal cartilage and left the septum alone.
