My nose is also super low, and the clinic says they want to insert and remove 3 to 4 mm during surgery and see how the angle looks, but if they raise the bridge I’m worried my eyes will get pulled and it’ll end up looking like a slanted eye. For the guys who had surgery, how was it? When I had consultations, each clinic said something different, but out of the 7 clinics I visited, most said, "Don't worry about your eyes, you’re fine fine, we can keep your eyes just as they are," and only two places said, "A little pulling can naturally happen. It would be strange to say there won’t be any, given your skin tension and your nose bridge." So I’m worried. For now, I’m planning to go with autologous costal cartilage plus a custom implant. I asked for one more consultation with the director before surgery, and I’m going to bring up the things I’m worried about one more time. If there’s anything else I should ask or know, please let me know. And I’d love to hear reviews from guys with low noses too!
