It seems like if you want absolutely no early swelling or eye-hollowing, there really isn’t any option other than non-open surgery...?? It’s strange that some people just don’t swell after an incision, I guess it’s their constitution. I looked around at several nose surgery clinics and I’m torn between [Clinic A] and [Clinic B], but the costs here are pretty similar.. If I don’t use donated rib cartilage for the tip and silicone for the bridge, I feel like the hump and bumps might show through..
