Second consultation hospital. They said it was famous for revision surgery, so I was curious even though this was my first surgery and went for a consultation. The consultation fee alone was 30,000 won, so I wondered why it was so expensive, but they took photos and did a CT scan. At first, I talked with the manager about my past medical history and so on, and while looking at the CT, they explained my current nose in detail. Thanks to that, I learned that I have a deviated septum and that the mucous membrane in my nose was swollen unevenly. After that, I consulted with the director, who reviewed the CT results once more and explained everything from different angles. He was very good at controlling his vocal emphasis, so it felt almost like listening to a lecture lol He also explained in detail why the nose I wanted could be done without an implant and why it should be costal cartilage rather than the septum or ear cartilage. He showed the surgical process and method visually with PPT slides, which made everything very easy to understand. After that, I met with the manager again and heard the price explanation. Because costal cartilage has to be harvested, the procedure would be done under general anesthesia rather than sedation. Basic tests within 1 week before surgery were required, and they said I could also bring test results from another hospital. Nasal tip autologous costal cartilage + hump + columella + nasolabial angle correction 1000 Deviated septum (insurance possible) 100 Review event price 880+100 After surgery they provided various things such as swelling injections, swelling laser, bruise cream, and a saline irrigation kit.
