They said they would use septal cartilage for the tip and silicone for the bridge, and because my nose was spread out, they recommended lifting the alar rims. Other hospitals recommended things like nose reduction or didn't recommend anything at all, but the alar rim lift was a surgery that really appealed to me, and the director seemed very cheerful. I also had rhinitis, so it seemed like it would be good to do the rhinitis surgery together. I said I wanted to take out as much as could be taken out while still looking natural and glamorous, and they readily said okay. It felt honest and really good.
