The procedure is done by using silicone for the bridge and cartilage rearrangement for the tip. If you think only about safety, it may be a good method, but it’s a funny thing to focus on safety for nose surgery in the first place, so I’m planning to get consultations in the Seoul area. I went in for an eye consultation, but they told me I should also do my nose and even recommended a paranasal area augmentation. Those commercial aspects felt untrustworthy.
