I had booked in advance and went for a consultation, but people who arrived before me got treated and consulted first and kept leaving one by one, so I was the only one left (I had been waiting for an hour and a half). When I asked when I could get a consultation, they told me to fill out my chart, so I said I had already done that and handed it in earlier, and only then did they start looking for my chart. I had booked a consultation for nose surgery with Director Kim ㅈㅁ, but in the end I waited an hour and a half just to see the consultation manager. When I asked if I wasn't going to see the director, they said I would have to wait several tens of more minutes, so I just left. It felt like a big hospital where they were all confused even among themselves...
