Personally, the staff were kind and greeted me with smiles, which I liked, but the director didn't really listen to my opinion and, maybe because they were busy with surgery, gave me a feeling of a rather rough (?) consultation, which was disappointing. I had traveled quite far, but it was over in 10 minutes.
