The director seemed way too busy during the consultation. It felt like I shouldn't ask any more questions.... The tone was blunt and rushed, like they wanted to get it over with quickly, so it was hard to ask things comfortably. The reviews are good, so I'm a little torn. Some people had great results, but for others the line looked a bit off...
