The Plus community review

The director is famous in academic circles, and I heard this hospital mainly specializes in revision surgery. It was my first consultation slot. They said the director is very famous in Japan, and indeed a Japanese woman came for a consultation at the same time. The consultation order was director first, before seeing the manager, then manager consultation. I really liked the director's consultation. They immediately caught exactly what I wanted even before I said it. At other places, everyone only called it a basic nose (bridge + tip), but at The Plus the director noticed my left-right facial asymmetry in addition to the basic nose and recommended osteotomy and lengthening the nose as well. The biggest reason I wanted surgery was the frontal effect, and I really liked that they identified that and recommended it even though I had not said it outright! What bothered me most was the manager consultation... haha. The manager stayed there throughout the consultation, and after the director finished, I spoke with the manager about the price. They quoted 3 million won for me and the friend I came with, but when my friend said she was not thinking about her nose right now, they immediately raised it to 3.2 million won. Still, I thought 3.2 million won was actually reasonable for a famous and skilled director, so that part was fine. But what I liked least was that when I said I was thinking about work in broadcasting, the manager kept recommending contouring surgery and cheekbone surgery to me. My face is a bit angular, sure, but I never once mentioned contouring during the entire consultation.... haha. I came for a nose consultation. The manager talked almost only about contouring the whole time. It was to the point where I wondered whether this was a contouring consultation or a nose consultation... haha. They recommended me as a real model and strongly pushed contouring. It felt a bit like pressure. The director's consultation was really good, and since the director is famous academically, I think I would do it here if I go through with it, but the manager was a little uncomfortable. The director's consultation is really good.
