(Photos deleted) I kept saying until right before going into surgery that I wanted it done really, really naturally lol Personally, I think natural is the best.. As an honest review, just doing the nose doesn’t make your face change dramatically!! Only the nose gets prettier........lololololololol But after the surgery, I hear a lot that I look more feminine, prettier, and that my overall vibe has matured a lot lol People who don’t know I had surgery say it looks like I lost facial fat lol So far, I’m doing well without any particular problems
