Hello ~ After getting information about nose implant removal from this community and having the surgery, it’s already been three years since it was a complete success haha I can’t sleep, so I’m leaving this from my phone. I hope this can help anyone who is as desperate as I was in the past! Time really seems to fly! I first had two nose surgeries, and then removal surgery, so three surgeries in total. I completely removed everything: silicone + ear cartilage.
After my first surgery at a large hospital (a place that has been consistently famous), I had a see-through? kind of side effect. Honestly, it wasn’t severe and the shape was okay, but back when I didn’t know much, I thought that if you do your eyes, your nose is naturally the next course? So I put silicone into a nose that didn’t need it (my original nose was high), and it became an obviously operated-looking nose. I hated that so much because it made me look like a plastic surgery monster. For my second surgery, I went to a one-doctor clinic in Gangnam and emphasized that I wanted it natural, thinking I would lower my nose, but they operated in a way that made my nasal tip look upturned, so it looked like a pig nose. Honestly, it wasn’t to that extent, but even a slightly upturned nose was extremely stressful for me. It wasn’t contracture, and my nasal tip had already been high from the time the splint was on. And it just stayed that way. Even if it went down a little, honestly, there wasn’t much difference. So I asked the second surgery hospital to remove it, but the director said it was pretty, told me not to do it, and said my nose could collapse. Honestly, I didn’t trust them either, so through this community I asked around for nose removal hospitals. Then I had a consultation, didn’t want to leave anything behind, and because I was sick of an artificial nose, I removed everything. Because I have thin skin, just my nose alone made me look like a plastic surgery monster, and that image was really hard for me. Anyway, after the nose removal consultation, honestly the director had a mindset like, “If you want to do it, do it; if you don’t, don’t.” I didn’t particularly feel that he was kind, but he did seem confident. I felt like other places wouldn’t be able to do it like this, so I only went to one place and decided to have the surgery there, and as a result, the surgery was a huge success. The upturned nose came down completely at the same time as the surgery, and there was nothing like my nose looking bigger or becoming sunken. I feel like it became smaller and prettier than my pre-surgery nose, so I’m very satisfied! haha And there wasn’t really any aftercare. I went once after the surgery and didn’t go after that. So it’s not that the hospital was especially kind or anything; I’m just grateful that they did the removal well. I was most worried that my nose would become upturned orㅜbigger! haha One of the top five things I’ve done well in my life is getting nose implant removal surgery, for me! I don’t have a doll-like image, but I’m just grateful for a small, moderately high nose! Of course, I do contouring too lol (when I had nose surgery, I didn’t need to). But I like it better now because it’s more natural. The plastic surgery monster image is really completely gone now. People around me also all say I did well to get it done, so personally I strongly recommend it! Before doing it, I was scared and tried hard to get information, and I worried about all sorts of things, but thanks to that, the surgery went well! I hope my post is helpful :) I had complete removal, and I had no side effects or shape changes at all. But when I went once after surgeryㅜI felt like I looked like a swollen-nose character and that the swelling wouldn’t go down, so I asked the director to feel my nose a little, and after that he gave me an anti-inflammatory injection. Before that, he said it was probably swelling, but after touching it, he said I needed an anti-inflammatory injection.. lol And amazingly, it all went down, and I haven’t gone back since!
