While I was doing a cold compress, my jaw muscles suddenly tightened up as if they were cramping, and as the muscles became hard, I felt severe pain. After a little while it loosened, then cramped again, and this happened 3 times, so I feel pain and anxiety. Does no one else have symptoms like this?? I didn’t chew anything or move my jaw muscles... Right now my jaw muscles keep feeling like they’re about to cramp, so I don’t know what to do..
