There is only one main director doctor, and while he's kind, rather than proactively explaining things first, he answers only when you ask questions, which was a little disappointing. The consultation felt like 90% the consultation manager and 10% the director doctor. The consultation manager did have a bit of a vibe of steering me toward various surgeries and procedures, but the director doctor only recommended what was necessary. There was absolutely no pressure or hard sell. The hospital facilities are spacious, clean, and neat. The staff are moderately kind.
